I don’t usually stay overnight for work, but with heavy snow forecast over the Pennines, I decided to find a place close to where I was working. I booked Quay Apartments through Booking.com for convenience, and I’m so glad I did. The service was excellent right from the start. The company called me before my arrival, and all the necessary instructions were sent via text, making the process straightforward. I initially had trouble locating the correct parking, but a quick phone call to their team resolved it immediately. They were extremely helpful, and I met someone outside the apartments as arranged, who guided me to the parking space and then to my apartment. The apartment itself was a wonderful surprise. It was clean, bright, and warm—a blessing given the freezing weather outside. Everything I needed was provided, including a kettle, toaster, bath with shower, and even a washing machine. It truly ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay. It even had a great view from the huge windows! Initially planned for two days, I ended up extending my stay to three due to work. What impressed me most was the personal touch—knowing I could call and speak to a person rather than a bot if any issues arose made all the difference. I’ll definitely choose Quay Apartments again in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish, communication between our host was first class, and always just a phone call away if we needed to know anything. We were shown to our apartment by a lovely gentleman who was extremely friendly and helpful. Our apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed and more. There is a Sainsbury's store next-door so didn't need to buy food etc before we arrived, and there is a tram station right outside making it a perfect location if you want to travel the short journey into the city centre. I can't wait to return and spend a long weekend there instead of just one night.

Communication was great and Dennis who met me at the property was excellent; friendly, happy, welcoming, helpful and gave me great tips about the property whilst he showed me around it. The property itself was spacious, well equipped, easy to operate it, very quiet and next to a food store, bus & tram stops. Old Trafford was within walking distance, Central Manchester, Manchester Piccadilly Station, The Etihad and Co-Op live were on the tram line that stopped outside. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Amazing location - super close to the trams and buses as well as MediaCity and Sainsbury's. Staff have all been absolutely lovely and helpful. View from the flat is great. The vast majority of noise from the trams and from other residents is blocked out. Bed is unbelievably comfy (also shoutout to the cleaner who tucks my cuddly companion in!). Super nice to be able to cook, wash my clothes, and curl up in front of the TV after a long day at work.

Bed was basic but comfortable, rooms had individual heating, large fridge/freezer provided (useful for longer stays), shower easy to operate. Wi-Fi was fast. Easy to get into the building/lift. 5th floor so not too high (there are 3 buildings each of about 26 floors). Was quiet. Heard few internal or external noises. Sainsbury's only a few minutes walk. Salford Quays shops about 5 minutes walk.
